One of the best parts of the hotel is the staff. They did quite a good job during our stay. We felt welcome. Food of the restaurant is delicious. Housekeeping was doing great everyday. The room and the bathroom were clean. Airconditioner did good job. The hotel is walking distance to the historical center. A supermarket is very close by. Our requests were well satisfied by the hotel personnel. I can strongly recommend the hotel for future travelers.

The location of this hotel is just a short walk from the public bus stop. We were travelling around Tuscany by bus and train. The hotel is outside of the main town centre and in a quiet area with beautiful views. We had a room with a balcony. The fridge in the room was well stocked and good value ! A extensive breakfast selection was available and all the food was freshly made. We will return to this hotel, small and friendly with great service! Wonderful location.

San Gimignano is a wonderful place and Hotel Da Graziano has completed the experience! My regret is haven’t stayed here more days! The Hotel is perfect! The people on the front desk were so kind and lovely. The breakfast was so good. The room makes you feel like a small village in Tuscany because they are on the other side of the street. A place so quiet and silent. The view is spectacular, and you can go walk to the old city. Our car had a good place to stay too. But, the highest point of these is the Ristorante da Graziano, in the Hotel: the food is amazing, the service is attentive and the garden where is the restaurant reminds you of a film scenario! Don't forget to try it, you will have a fantastic gastronomic experience associated with fantastic accommodation!

The room we got! With the most gorgeous view you could get of the Unesco World Heritage town of San Gimignano through a hotel window! Photo op to say the least! This from a good sized, clean room with very comfy bed, a desk, a sofa, a couple of chairs, good light etc. The reception and other staff were extremely welcoming and helpful in every way. The breakfast selection was good enough. Extra plus for local youghurt for breakfast as well as for the superb restaurant adjacent. Serving fantastic meals at a good price! The semi rural location in a rather quite area less than ten minutes walk to the ancient walls of the old city.

Located 10 minutes walk from the centre of San Gimignano, this is a small slightly dated hotel located just far enough to avoid the day trippers for some peace and quiet, but also very close enough for a gentle stroll (10 minutes slow walk) to the old town. We stayed in one of the Annex rooms, which was clean, and had air conditioning with a small fridge in the room which is handy. I highly recommend this hotel, if you are looking for simple no fuss stay close to the old town. The staff were helpful, which was a far cry from the last time we visited in 2020, when the receptionist couldn't even manage a smille.

The reception person was really kind . He arranged a packed breakfast since we are are walking the via francigena and really early start. The restaurant was awesomely. We had dinner alfresco with complimentary Prosecco. They served typical Tuscan dishes.
